Shortly after 9 p.m. ET, it said they were over. <\/p><p>Iranian forces targeted \u201ca number\u201d of American bases in the Middle East in response, Khatam al-Anbiya, the operational headquarters of Iran\u2019s Revolutionary Guard said early this morning. Khatam al-Anbiya vowed there would be further \u201cdevastating and more wide-ranging strikes\u201d if the U.S. continued to attack Iran.  <\/p><p>U.S. Central Command said the two helicopter crewmembers were <strong>rescued by an unmanned boat<\/strong> \u2014 a first for American forces \u2014 after the aircraft went down off the coast of Oman.<\/p><p>Before accusing Iran of targeting the helicopter, President Donald Trump said that \u201cWe\u2019re in the final throes of what will be a very, very good deal\u201d to end the war and reopen the strait. He has repeatedly expressed optimism while a deal has failed to materialize. That means <strong>billionaire climate activist Tom Steyer<\/strong> is out of the running after spending more than $215 million of his own money on his campaign. <\/p><p>\u2192 In South Carolina,Trump-backed <strong>Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette<\/strong> and state Attorney General Alan Wilson advanced to a Republican primary runoff in the governor\u2019s race, while <strong>Sen. Lindsey Graham<\/strong> won his Republican primary.<\/p><p>\u2192 And in Nevada, Republican <strong>Gov.
