The fountain bubbled over with suds and the words \u201cClean hands Dirty $\u201d \u200bwere painted on one surface, splattering the area with red and \u200bgreen paint.<\/p>\n<p>In earlier videos posted to her Facebook account, Farris recorded herself spray painting \u200cthe \u2060memorial.
