Photos released of the Arizona pool where a toddler who was found alive in the morgue nearly drowned

The pool at the Arizona home where a “Miracle Baby” nearly drowned is partially enclosed by what appears to be plastic fencing with zip ties in places, photos obtained Wednesday by NBC News show.
