The card has drawn attention across the world of sports collectibles. It features a patch from the jersey Flagg wore during the first half of his NBA debut with the Dallas Mavericks, as well as his signature after he autographed the card at Fanatics Fest last month.

A similar, one-of-a-kind rookie card for Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes fetched $1.11 million last year, and Flagg’s card is expected to exceed that value after he was named the NBA’s Rookie of the Year for 2025-26.

The Mavericks have made a push to acquire the card. The team offered a “1 of 1 for 32” package that includes the following:

  • Two lower level season tickets for 32 years.
  • A signed Flagg game-worn jersey.
  • A postgame photo with Flagg.
  • A private photoshoot with the NBA Rookie of the Year Trophy and the Larry O’Brien Trophy.
  • A VIP tour of the Mavericks’ practice facility and American Airlines Center with a team meet-and-greet.
  • A “private basketball experience” for up to 10 guests at American Airlines Center.
  • A VIP experience at the Mavericks’ road game in Boston, including airfare, hotel and game tickets for the Mavericks-Celtics game.

The Flagg card was released as part of the 2026 Topps Chrome Update Basketball set, which features rookie debut patch autograph cards from the 2025 NBA Draft class.
