Minneapolis suspect was involved in child custody exchange when he started shooting, authorities say

MINNEAPOLIS — A man who opened fire at a Minneapolis apartment building shot a woman outside during a child custody exchange before he moved indoors and killed two residents and wounded others, including police officers, a state law enforcement investigator said Thursday.
