Tesla says first responders may need to push new Cybercab with no steering wheel

Tesla’s new Cybercab may need a “push” from first responders if it stalls in the road, according to a safety plan the company published for emergency workers and filed with Texas officials — guidance made necessary by the fact that the vehicle has no steering wheel or pedals that would let an officer or firefighter drive it out of the way.
